Being self employed as an S corporation, underwriters typically cannot understand my income since it is not reported on a W-2 or 1099. 5280's underwriter knew exactly what they needed and approved us very quickly. Once I found 5280 and talked to Troy over the phone, I abandoned a refi with another company whose underwriter just kept asking for more and more income documentation. Troy is very friendly and kept me very well informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them for any of your mortgage needs!
